Wow, I love bloggng! I think God gifts us bloggers with the gift of writting and words to reach others! I know I have had many many people grow out of something that they have read, or could relate to on my blog that perhaps I went through. Bloggers are a community that share the similar relationship with Jesus Christ, and if we have an opportuinty to advance His kingdom here through it, well I say LETS GET BLOGGGING!!! God bless. robin

At www.leadership501.com we are interviewing a number of people from a variety of backgrounds about leadership. Specifically we are concentrating on questions that would be helpful to new leaders. Our goal is to give people a variety of perspectives on what it takes to develop as a new leader. We'd love to include your answers to the questions below. Short answers of even a few sentences are just fine, but feel free to write as much or little as you like. Personal experiences, stories or examples are also very welcome.

We are hoping to have all the answers in by the end of Saturday the 3rd of May. (If you want to participate, but need more time, just let me know.)

If you could point a new leader to read one thing you've written, what would it be and why is it important? (Give URL for link)
